Science with and for Society in European Universities Alliances: Cross-Alliances Forum 2023 (01.12.2023, Brussels)

On December 1, 2023, the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine team joined the Science with and for Society in European Universities Alliances: Cross-Alliances Forum 2023, which took place at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Brussels, Belgium).

More than 200 participants from European university alliances attended the forum.

The forum serves as a platform for presenting the achievements of completed and ongoing research projects within the framework of the European Universities’ Alliances.

Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, took part in discussions between representatives of various European universities, external stakeholders and EU Member States on the future course and sustainable support of the Alliances in their areas of research. The NEO representative also took part in special sessions dedicated to the implementation of open science practices and exploring how to effectively engage citizens and society in their activities. Particular attention was paid to such topics as research ethics and integrity, sustainability, social responsibility, and innovative applications of knowledge.
